Stephan left his job at the beginning of 2025 with savings set aside and a mission: to build something real with his brother. Sebastion had just graduated high school, and together they decided to go all-in on flooring installation — a trade they'd been learning for years from their father, who’s spent plenty of time fixing up properties since he was young. Bringing both of his sons along to teach how to add value to a property through your own work.
We started small, just the two of us, but with a clear advantage: we knew the market was overpriced, and we could deliver high-quality installs at fair, below-market pricing. That’s been our edge from day one.
